I use a holistic, culture-centered approach that considers you as a whole person and focuses on helping you figure out your own goals.  I strongly believe in bridging the gap between the world of science and the art of being human.  We develop a safe space to meet you where you are and work on what you're ready for.  I frequently use techniques from well-researched modalities like art therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, as well as being trained in other theories.
